With dedicated Service Teams located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jubail, Aberdeen, Singapore and Houston, we are perfectly positioned to meet the after-sales support demands of our customers in all global locations. Through this global support network our customers are provided with 24 hour technical assistance by telephone, email or on-site services. Our teams are available and ready to mobilise at any time for local and international travel both on and offshore to any of your facilities upon request.

All of our Service Team members are experts in the field and are fully qualified and certified to the latest global industry standards. They hold international certification, including maintenance and inspection of ATEX and IECEx equipment, F-GAS, REFCOM and IICL license.

As industry leaders in our field we are fully equipped to deal with all technical requests from our customers, be it from simple advice regarding certifications through to detailed technical reports and inspections to satisfy operator requirements. Our Service Teams are available for Call Outs upon your request to perform works including but not limited to:

  • Fault Diagnosis and Repairs
  • Routine Service Testing and Inspection
  • Ex Equipment Inspection
  • Upgrades and Add On Facilities
