Specialist Services, part of Centurion’s Middle East & North Africa region, has successfully completed a major project for a global construction engineering company.

The contract saw Specialist Services carry out the fabrication and supply of more than 40 pre-assembled units (PAUs), each weighing 900 tons with 60,000 inches of piping, and the assembly of client-supplied equipment. Specialist Services worked closely with the client, a leading global engineering and construction business, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications, budget constraints and timelines.

To ensure the timely and successful completion of this project, the team meticulously planned and coordinated the selection of qualified local vendors, arranged mobile cranes and fabricated jig frames to prevent skid distortion, provided protective barriers, and efficiently allocated manpower across various work scopes.

Completed on time and within budget, the project marks a significant milestone representing the transferability of Specialist Services’ skills and expertise to the delivery of pre-assembled units – serving as a valuable reference for future projects.
