Quality Management

Quality is doing the job right first time

Top quality products and services are the cornerstone of our business. Our philosophy for quality management is based on the belief that we will be able to grow only if we consistently meet the requirements of our customers in terms of quality, delivery and reliability. We continuously improve the competencies of people, quality of raw material and our processes to enhance the quality of the end product. Each job is executed with a keen attention to detail and unmatched professionalism.

Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015, as well as to ATEX (Intertek) directive of the European Union and the IEC/ISO 80079-34 standard by Intertek. These certifications allow us to provide CE marking on Zone 1 and Zone 2 products. We also hold ASME U, ASME U2, National Board NB and National Board R authorizations for pressure vessel manufacturing. We had achieved Chinese Special Equipment Manufacturing license for pressure vessel manufacturing (A1, A2 certification) in the year 2011.

In order to carry out a faster production rate of our DNV 2.7-1 and DNV 2.7-2 certified steel Offshore Containers and Portable Offshore Units, we have established a Manufacturing Survey Arrangement (MSA) with DNV GL. This scheme is based on the periodic audits of our management system and provides us the ability to certify the steel Offshore Containers / Portable Offshore Units with minimum intervention from DNV GL surveyors.

Specialist Services also holds more than 200 type approvals for manufacturing high end pressure vessels, modular buildings, fire rated doors, windows and walls, and other products. These type approvals are certified by reputed third parties like LR, DNV GL and BV.

Our quality assurance processes require us to work in accordance with approved specifications, procedures and practices, monitor their implementation, measure performances at planned intervals and make suitable changes to processes to enable continuous improvement of the quality of our products and services. The non-conforming products and activities are controlled through a well-developed corrective and preventive action process based on systematic risk assessment and root cause assessment.

We ensure that no compromise is made on the integrity of test results while reporting performance related to the quality of our products and services. We believe in working proactively with all people, customers, suppliers and third parties while promoting teamwork at all levels within the company.
