QHSE

At Specialist Services, a Centurion company, quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) management is a key element of our business strategy. Our intention to protect life, assets and the environment is expressed in our mission statement. We believe that our existence is due to our customers and hence we constantly strive to meet or exceed their requirements. Within our operations, we ensure the health and safety of our people and all other stakeholders. We also undertake various initiatives to support sustainability and environment protection.

QHSE aspects are managed using a continually improving management system. Our QHSE Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2020, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards by Lloyd’s Register.

The QHSE Management system applies to “Engineering, procurement, construction and delivery of: offshore and onshore technical modular buildings; control rooms; blast rated modules; e-houses; switch gear modules; living quarters; service containers; control and wellhead buildings; wireline units, equipment shelters; fire/blast doors, windows and walls; bathroom modules; steel, timber and glass reinforced polyester products; oil and gas process skids, pipework/manifolds, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks and trailer mounted drilling, testing and production equipment; and hire of modular buildings to the oil and gas industry” .

All applicable requirements of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 29001:2020, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards apply to the above mentioned QHSE Management System scope.

We also hold various other certifications, which confirm that our products and services meet the highest industry standards.

Environment

Occupational Health and Safety:

Pressure Vessel Manufacturing / Repair:

  • Quality management in accordance to ASME Sec VIII Div I and II enabling ASME U, U2 and R stamps of pressure vessels.(Registration of pressure vessels with National Board upon request)

Welding

  • EN ISO 3834-2:2021

Special Certification / Approvals / Survey Agreements:

Intertek

  • Certification of zone rated modular buildings (ATEX/IECEx/UKEX) for hazardous area application by self- declaration in accordance to the requirements of BS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2020 and EU Directive 94/9/EC

Bureau Veritas

  • Factory Production Control certification in accordance to the requirements of  EU Regulation 305.2011, 1697-CPR-23/076; EN 1090-1 +A1 : 2011

Det Norske Veritas

  • Manufacturing Survey Agreement with DNV for the batch or mass production of certified modular buildings in accordance to DNVGL-ST-E271 and DNVGL-ST-E273 via self-declaration
